Weight range is from 100kg to 350kg carcass weight.

Fullblood wagyu (100% wagyu content) –

 

Full beast $10.50/kg
Half beast $13/kg

F1 wagyu (50% wagyu content) –

Full beast $7/kg
Half beast $8/kg

Final Price is determined when the carcass weight is provided by the abattoir.

Beef is packed, labelled and chilled or frozen.     Delivery can be arranged.

Payment is due prior to pick-up or delivery of the meat.

 

Mixed quarter of F1 Wagyu beef

Approx. 30 - 50kg of beef. A quarter of a full beast, consisting of equal portions of the forequarter and hindquarter cuts.

All steaks are cut to the thickness you request and packaged into sizes suitable for your family.

Sausages can be thick or thin size, mince and diced steak included.

You will receive rolled roasts, roasts and corned meats that are cut to the size you request.

Frozen and labelled. Free dog bones on request.

$11/kg of beef (no dog or soup bones  included in price)
